The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF) made it mandatory to include QR Code labels for all hemp products, including CBD oils, which will be legal for purchase only when labeled.

The label should inform consumers about the ingredients used and a certificate of analysis done by a third-party lab.

With this announcement, Utah joins the bandwagon of states with similar label requirements – Indiana and Oregon.
